Engine removal, disassembly to clarify new parts list
Removal and disassemble begins with listening to the engine, to get a sense for it's condition, listening to the person looking after the car for what they know of its history and service, the way they drive, their intention for the car, their ideal spec for rebuilding the engine, why the spec
As we take the engine apart all items are inspected for signs of stress, wear, to help us clearly understand the engine's current condition
Based on our understanding we create our list for what parts need reconditioning, or replacing that we did not plan on to mesh with our list of planned parts needed for the rebuild to go over with our client to agree to what to order and why
When then talk about how this effect the original budget, agree to any changes parts order and budget
Once we both agree, than we agree to what we agreed, now we are ready to start ordering parts while the engine cleaning begins
